[WEBINAR] - How to...get your delegates and sponsors to mingle!

Tired of seeing sponsors lost in the crowd? Many event planners struggle to create a space where delegates and sponsors can connect in a meaningful way. This can leave sponsors feeling like they didn't get their money's worth, and delegates feeling bombarded by sales pitches.

Our interactive session will help you:

• Identify the hidden barriers that keep delegates and sponsors from interacting.

• Reframe the sponsor experience to position them as valuable resources for your attendees.

• Craft engaging presentations that capture attention and spark conversations.

• Design your event space to facilitate interaction and connection.

Events and Membership Survey

Your Expertise Matters

Active Media Events in association with ABPCO members and beyond are conducting some important research.  As membership professionals, we want your input to understand if events drive new memberships.  The survey will take 5-10 minutes and the findings will be shared in a white paper.

We appreciate that member organisations have very diverse structures and that the correlation between membership and events may vary. However, we would like to explore if there is often a correlation between successful event organisation and membership growth – and if so, we would like to be able to share best practice.

Benefits for the Industry:

The results will be compiled into a white paper to benefit the entire industry. This will explore:

  • The connection between events and membership growth

  • How PCOs and events contribute to the value proposition of membership organisations

  • Quantifying the potential impact of events, with examples like "adding X new members at £Y per year = £Z in membership revenue."

  • Learning from each other

Even if only a small percentage perceive a clear link between events and membership, the survey will reveal best practices used by those who are successful. This could lead to the creation of roundtables or workshops to share these strategies.

To keep us on track – please complete the survey by the 1st September 2024.  Complete the survey below

We appreciate your time and valuable input.  Thank you in advance for considering your participation, we really hope that when we collate the results it will be of much interest to the wider association and not-for-profit industry.
